How does Truthset measure the accuracy of demographics?
Truthset’s patented Truthscore methodology measures person-level attributes with 95% U.S. Census coverage. Working with 20+ of the leading data providers in the Truthset Data Collective, we apply algorithmic processes and ground-truth data to produce record-level Truthscores for each person and attribute.
What types of files do you accept?
We can rate the record-level demographic accuracy of any CSV file that contains hashed or plain text email addresses. Files should have at least 1,000 records, and no more than 10 million records (maximum size 500MB). A maximum of 100,000 randomly selected records will be analyzed.
How long does it take to process a file?
We process your file in 1-2 minutes, depending on the size of the file.
How do I know my data is secure?
20+ of the world’s largest data providers trust us with all their PII. Truthset has been SOC 2 Type 2 compliant since 2022. Our systems are 100% AWS Cloud, with standard security best practices; encryption at rest and in transit; all events logged, never deleted; all data stored and accessed in the US; and an intrusion detection system.
